Picture Day for Sports Program

Picture day for the Sport Program will be Monday, July 29th. Arrival times for pictures are as follows:

The following groups should arrive at the elementary building:

• 4:30 SGA officers arrive at the elementary building

• 4:45 Seniors arrive - Please bring all sports outfits (including shoes) to the elementary building if you are having multiple individual pictures made in multiple uniforms for your senior poster/posters. Football players and cheerleaders should take their poster pictures for these sports last.

The following groups should arrive at the football field:

• 6:00 JV and Varsity Cheerleaders, Water Girls

• 6:15 All Coaches (for all sports) for headshots and JV players that play Varsity Football and Varsity Football players (JV players will be taking a group picture with varsity only; Varsity players will take a group picture and individual pictures)

• 6:30 Champion’s Club, Patriot Club Ads, and Senior Ads that need other pictures taken  (Seniors can use their individual poster photo taken at 4:45 for ads if they would like. If seniors have more than one ad then an additional picture needs to be taken)

• 6:45 Full page and half page ads

If you can’t come and have your picture made on picture day for your ad, you are welcome to send a picture for your ad. You can email it to plaprogramad@gmail.com 

Any pictures for ads need to be emailed no later than Monday, July 29th. 

In the event of inclement weather, the pictures will be rescheduled for Tuesday, July 30th. A notice will be sent out through the school if sports pictures need to be rescheduled. 

The JV Football team and the Volleyball team will be taking pictures on July 22nd. Your coaches will let you know the time for this pictures.  If you have any questions, please contact Carrie Lee Gardner at 334-268-3817, Coach Mo, or your team coach.
